WELL---FINALLY received this issue today!!! Now that you all have had it for a while---what has been your VERY favorite?? There are soooo many goodies in this issue I don't know where to begin!!!!

S'pose I will begin with one of the steak recipes---hubby LOVES beef!!! Have guests for the next few days---I will NOT attempt a new recipe on strangers---therefore, will wait until after the week-end!! But I want to make those ribs that look yummy and to die for!!! DECISIONS!!!

Thank you for the welcome, Billy! Yes, it is a very nice issue! I may have to make the Chicken Parmesan Roulade this Sunday!!

As I said in an earlier thread we loved the chicken roulades and caesar salad combo, but make extra sauce and serve with angel hair pasta. Next from this issue we are trying the steak sandwiches (both)and the prosciutto shrimp with cucumber melon salsa.
