That really does look great!! We don't have summer squash here--WHAAAAA!!!! Love summer squash--I have fond memories of picking this from our garden on the farm as a child and canning for the winter. My grandmother used to boil it, mash it, little butter, salt and pepper and SOOOOO yummy!!!
The closest thing here is baby marrows---little baby zucchini. Those are nice but NOT summer squash. Great for kebabs though.
