Okay guys, just something to share. When I brine a chicken, I always use the cheap 1 gallon pitcher! I put the chicken in, then add the brine! It's always worked perfect..no worry about plastic bags breaking, and the chicken stays completely submerged! Plus it fits pretty well in the refridgerator!
