Have any of you made things in quantity intending to freeze most of it for later use? A couple of days ago I made 6 dozen golfball size meatballs for later use. I used the recipe from the Sopranos cookbook for Sunday Gravy. It calls for 1 pound of meat and I made 5 pounds of meat..and of course I messed with the recipe.
