Weeknight Menus........Pan Roasted Halibut

Oh YUM this was very good indeed. Quick and utterly simple, the pesto butter was a perfect touch. Served with No Knead Bread, which was topped with sliced olives and buttered brocolli. I thought the pesto butter would be great spread on that but I think the olives and the pesto flavors fought. Other than that it was a great dinner. 8.5 Yums for taste and ease of preparation.

I totally agree with your review. I will leave the olives out the next time I make this as well.. It was quick, simple and delicious!!!
