Thank you so much for all the birthday wishes. I feel lucky this year. I received 3 new pieces of Le Creuset to add to my collection. One is the grill pan, which I had to try out last night. It worked beautifully! I made Grilled Chicken Enchiladas , they were scrumptous.

Well, Billy, I am not '29' anymore. I am 40! I still can't believe it. The time just flew. I am sure 50 will be here before I know it. Last year I quit telling people I was 39 because their immediate response was, "Ooooh, your gonna be 40!" So I just started telling people that I was 40. Then the response was, "Wow! You don't look 40!" I liked that better.

Now it's official... I am 40.
