I make lobster newburg every year for New Year's Eve, so tonight's the night. I never quite know which is the best starch to have with it - I put it into those little Pepperidge Farm pastry shells and that works out nicely, but wouldn't mind trying another starch. Some kind of really light pasta, maybe? Any ideas? Thanks!
