This is so rich - it says it serves 8 - but a smaller portion would satisfy!

This is silly and simple, but has a great presentation. A friend's mother shared this with me and has been a great standby in times of need...
Take a container of whipped cream or make your own.
Add Kahlua to taste.
Make a chocolate bag.
Cut up cubes of home made or store bought pound cake.
Cut up spears of pineapple and drain.
Arrange for service:
Fill chocolate bag with "laced" whipped cream.
Surround bag with pound cake and pineapple. (Be sure pineapple is well drained and do not allow pineapple to rest against the "bag")
Provide toothpicks for pineapple and pound cake to be dipped in "laced" whipped cream. YUM!
For a large party, cabbage leaves can be used to make "servers" for pound cake and pineapple. Again, be sure pineapple is well drained so that "servers" don't "break down". It helps to make "leaf servers" extra thick.
