I know we have visited this before but I did these last night and they came out so good!
I use the cedar planks, about 1/4 thick and soaked for 1 hour prior to cooking. This shot I got when I peeked at them about 3 minutes before they were to come off. I've used the cedar sheets, but the flavor to me isn't as intense as the boards.
