from the Sandwich & Salads booklet. The remoulade calls for 2 T. Tabasco - it was almost too hot for us to enjoy (plus it was a new bottle, so very fresh!! ).

So, heads up if you make this.

Red sauce should be spicy--remoulade tame--bad cop, good cop --I'm with you! Have you ever tried Crystal hot sauce? Mild cayenne--great flavor.Made in New Orleans--rebuilt after the storm--good people. Salt of the earth. I use in shrimp sauce and bloody bulls.

I'd never made a remoulade with tabasco (traditional does not call for it), but thought I'd try the 'twist' - but, realy did not care for.
