from the Sandwiches & Salads book - pretty good, I guess I'd give them a big 7 or an 8. They call the sauce for the sandwiches a 'chowchow,' but I've never had a chowchow like this. Good flavor to it tho. A slaw was recommended to serve with it, but I didn't make it. I'd probably make it again if I had some extra pork laying around.
