B'day Dinner New vs. Favorites

I just got to thinking ( ), the recipes Denise has chosen are things she likes (the pepper chutney and cobbler), so she is not trying them the first time along with us. Now I know why I like choosing ones we've all (or at leat most) have not tried before.

I'm not making the cobbler, but I am making the pepper chutney and I'm going to be really hesitant to pan it because I know Denise likes it. darn! (I hope we go back to the other way next time.... )

Looks like I'm going to like this tho, thank God!

While I like the idea of Denise's dinner...can't believe I didn't make the chutney the other night with our steaks...I, too, prefer the other way.

Well, I didn't want to be the first to say anything, but I was wondering why we weren't doing it the way we always do.
