What's on everyone's menu for tonight?
We were going to stop at the casino on the way home, but I have some tomato soup in the freezer and tortellini in the pantry that sounds so much better. So, guess I'll doctor up the soup and have some comfort food.

I have a taste for salmon, so am thinking of putting it on the grill if it's not raining, and a side of stir-fried fresh veggies to go with it.

I'm planning to make a batch of deli pasta salad and have it with Italian sausages. Was planning to have meatball sandwiches, but the meatballs were eaten while I slept by the young adults living in my house!

Boneless teriyaki thighs on the grill. If I have time this afternoon there is a curried potato salad recipe in the new CL I'd like to make. If not, just jasmine rice and steamed carrots and we'll make our own teriyaki bowls.

However now I want this for dinner. I just Noble Pig. This will definitely have to go on the menu for next week. I've never had a "miss" with these guys.

Trixxee, That looks really good! I need to get back in the cooking mode. Been out of it for a while.
Probably just steak and a vegie tonight.

Always a lot of good sounding - and looking - recipes on that site, but I still remember the first time I went there, expecting a bunch of great, exciting PORK recipes (due to the name) and was disappointed to find that only 14 of the 100+ entrée recipes were for pork. LOL!

Trixxee, that recipe does sound really good. Thanks again for posting it. I have that website marked in my favorites, but forgot to go back and look at it again.

I was planning to just have steak with potatoes and onions and a salad, but the tenderloin ends are kinda small, so I'm thinking I may try Trixxee's Stir-fry Beef recipe with it! YUM! Thanks for another good looking recipe, Trixxee!
