What's for dinner today for everyone??
We're having sourdough waffles and ham. Yesterday was 'feed' day for the sourdough, so I have to think of things to use the 'cast off' for. Waffles sounded so good. Maybe we'll go the brunch route so we can legitimize a bottle of that wonderful Opolo champagne we brought home. Remember this pix??

Won't get much work done today!!

Poor Tony will be down in San Diego for two days/nights at the Hyatt on Mission Bay. Tonight he has to entertain some customers at the Hard Rock Cafe rooftop lounge.
But that means no cooking for me! I think I might just pick up some chicken salad at Trader Joe's (love theirs) and make a sandwich.
