What's on the menu for everyone today??
We're having a champagne brunch - with Blueberry Coffee Cake and maybe an egg. Later, I have no idea yet.

Either Cinnamon roll pancakes or grilled rib-eyes. It's going to be a hot day today, so the steaks are sounding pretty good right now.

We will be grilling some wings today and trying different sauces on them. Not sure what else, but maybe just a chopped salad to go with.

Or it could be like a recent episode of
Chopped, and you use the cinnamon-roll pancakes WITH the beef. LOL!
If blueberry muffins have blueberries in them, what do vegan muffins have?

Absolutely nothing sounds good to me except a milkshake.
We are going to get serious tomorrow about losing some weight so this might just be the perfect time for one.
The question is, what flavor? Coffee? Vanilla? Chocolate?

We're having
Kung Pao Chicken from the July Bon Apetite. I'm going to add some red bell pepper because I have one that needs to be used up and serve it over brown rice with broccolini on the side.
Cinnamon roll pancakes sound delicious, however!

Oh, I just love Kung Pao!
So, the grill is fired up for chicken wings and leg quarters. Holly made a pasta salad and Heather just made us a really delicious appy that I will post in the tomato thread.
