This dish has been well received by quite a few of my friends, Jean. I just sub cabbage for spinach.

It's a pot roast kind of day here, so making that and adding veggies to the pot for the last hour. Dough is rising for dinner rolls.

Homemade tomato soup. Used up the last of my tomatoes I've been freezing and making a huge batch of soup to hold us thru the winter (hahaha winter...ah that's a good one)
