Okay guys,....I fixed this for dinner tonight! Issue 54. What a bowl of soul food! YUM!! Everyone absolutely loved it! It will definitely get added to cool weather rotation! I can't wait to fix it for my family at holiday time, or special get together! Try it and you won't be disapointed!

Cacciatore Soup (for those who enjoy polenta...
) - but you have to do the garnish also - it's just like icing on a cake - so good!!

Just made this as a late lunch meal for Hubby before work. It was great. Very filling and "comforting". It really does taste like lasagne too. Quick, easy, satisfying, I recomend giving it a try.
