While personally, I don't want anyone messing with my Classic Creme Brulee, this presentation looked so great, had to share with you all.

Very cool! It comes with it's own little handle!!!! And no corners to worry about "fishing out" that last little taste!

That would be a white chocolate butterfly.

Similar, but you sprinkle Turbinado or Demerara sugar and 'burn' it with a torch. The custard is very close to a flan.
