Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------ --------------------------------
CAKE:
1 box yellow cake mix
1 1/4 cups sour cream
1/3 cup vegetable oil
3 whole eggs
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

CRUMB TOPPING:
3 3/4 cups flour
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 1/2 cups butter -- melted

SOUR CREAM GLAZE:
10 Tablespoons 10 x sugar
2 Tablespoons sour cream

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 15 x 10 inch baking pan. Lighly dust pan with flour.

Combine all cake ingredients in a bowl. Beat according to package directions. Bake for 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Blend the crumb topping ingredients together in a medium bowl until evenly moistened and clumps together.

Remove cake from oven. Cover entire cake with crumbs. This will be a thick layer. Pat down slightly. Return to oven and bake 15 minutes or until crumbs are slightly set. Remove pan to a wire rack and let cool completely.

Dust top of cake evenly with 2 T. 10x sugar. Whisk remaining 8 T. of the 10x sugar with sour cream in a bowl. Drizzle cake with glaze. Store cake tightly covered at room temperature.

Bernadette's notes: I make this cake as directed, except I use a 9 x 13 glass pan and bake it for 30 minutes, then follow all remaining instructions.
