Wow! I really had a fun day in the kitchen yesterday. I went to bed exhausted, but happy.
First I made a
Spice Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting. Then I made two loaves of the
Savory Zucchini Bread from C@H Fresh & Fabulous.
Then I made the
Black Eyed Pea Dip . Man this was great!
Then I started on the
Low Country Smothered Pork Chops And braised them in
Green Peppers, Onions and Garlic All this effort paid off in one happy little boy!

Looks like a fun day in the kitchen! The happy smile at the end was worth it.

It all looks great, Laura! He made me a corn and black bean salsa a few weeks ago, and I am hooked on it.

Wow that is a lot of work, but I'm sure it didn't feel like "work" when it's something you love doing, for someone you love dearly
The last picture says it all!

Oh, I just love those kind of days when I get in "the zone." Even better to share it with the family. Great pix, your son is a handsome young man!
