Sunday's Dinner was a SUCCESS!

Wow! I really had a fun day in the kitchen yesterday. I went to bed exhausted, but happy.

First I made a Spice Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting.

Then I made two loaves of the Savory Zucchini Bread from C@H Fresh & Fabulous.

Then I made the Black Eyed Pea Dip . Man this was great!

Then I started on the Low Country Smothered Pork Chops

And braised them in Green Peppers, Onions and Garlic

All this effort paid off in one happy little boy!

Looks like a fun day in the kitchen! The happy smile at the end was worth it.

It all looks great, Laura! He made me a corn and black bean salsa a few weeks ago, and I am hooked on it.
Practice safe lunch. Use a condiment.

Wow that is a lot of work, but I'm sure it didn't feel like "work" when it's something you love doing, for someone you love dearly

The last picture says it all! Well done and thank you for posting the pictures. I love seening them!

Oh, I just love those kind of days when I get in "the zone." Even better to share it with the family. Great pix, your son is a handsome young man!
