Okay--I know you guys are a bit tired of this thread BUT---I am wondering if any of you divas(what's the word for guy diva?? ) out there have made this in advance and frozen it? If so---how did it come out in the finale

Trying to prepare for the guests---ya know.

Yes, it freezes fine. Bake longer at lower temp, or defrost before baking.

My folks have two "single width" pans in the freezer as we post. My sis is coming back over in September and will thaw one to cook. They freeze and thaw beautifully. This is actually one of the best recipes I've ever gotten from [Email]C@H!![/Email] My whole family depends on me to make the lasagna for family functions from now on!

Hint: double, I even triple the Bechamel sauce recipe -- it's that tasty and doesn't add too much to the layers.
