Saw this story,
Cooking with the Grand Dame of Mexican Cuisine, on NPR today and was intrigued. We've been exploring the cuisines of Italy and thought we'd try another country sometime in the future. Mexico would be a good one to try!
I hadn't heard of her before... is anyone else aware of her work?

I have 1 of her cookbooks and want more. She is truly an expert on Mexican food. I would love to be able to go to Mexico and learn from her. I think that she and Rick Bayless are just the greatest. JMHO.

Oh my, she is certainly my Mexican food Goddess!! Great cook. You'll sure have fun with her dishes.
Retired and having fun writing cookbooks, tasting wine and sharing recipes with all my friends.
