Shannon & Trixxee, that cherry cola rib recipe is just so wonderfully goopy good! It's a good thing I only fixed one 4 rib slab, because we would have really pigged out.
C@H Chickpea salad with feta cheese (Cuisine Lite Fresh & Fab.)is really delicious. Onion and garlic are sauteed in olive oil and added to the salad ingred. which makes the dressing for the chickpeas, kalamatas, feta, cilantro, serrano and lemon.
I will surely be making both of these again. Yum.

We liked the l/os heated just to take the chill off rather than cold. This is such a great easy side dish.
