This was such a great combination of flavors, I thought someone might like to play with this pizza also.
I had sauce leftover from the Cherry Cola Ribs, so mascerated some cooked chicken chunks in it and stuck it in the freezer for a few days.
Sourdough pizza round, I used 11 oz. for a little thicker crust (love the taste of this one)
pesto sauce
chicken in cherry cola sauce
bacon, cooked and chopped
aged white cheddar cheese
Parmesan cheese
toasted pine nuts
red pepper flakes
I grilled this one, the day I made it was just beautiful! (this sounds familiar, or it's deja vu....) but, I didn't see it posted anywhere. who's turn is it to think today, anyway?
