Tuesday's Dinner - 10/26?

What's on the menu for everyone?

We're having the last of the truffle pizza dough batch with some of the mushrooms we got last week. I'm doing this one with spinach and a few different ingredients.

I have pork chops in the frig, but haven't decided what to do with them yet. Since it's cold and rainy, Ron would probably really like pork chops browned, put on top of thinly sliced potatoes, and topped with cream of mushroom soup, with a side of frozen peas. It's one of the first meals I learned to make as a newlywed and he still loves it.

I'm going to turn the pizza dough over to the bread machine, and get the strawberries roasted before we head to Joan's. The back of my mind is playing with the white chocolate truffled mashed potatoes. ???????

At Joan's we'll be getting pork bellies into cure, visit for a while, perhaps run to the winery. Then come back to the RV park to meet Francois for dinner.

Yet another contest recipe. This one is much more experimental.

It was Uptown Kevin's Spicy Grilled Shrimp with Red Pepper Cream Sauce...LOL! If it hadn't been such a thorn in my side, I wouldn't have remembered either.

Jean, I'll eat a serving for you! Promise!

Pictures coming!

Three layers of potatoes, onions and catfish, with four layers of bacon! The potatoes and onions "melt down" to reveal the catfish layers and bacon.

"Have you any idea what this does to me?" Yep....>>>>evil cackle<<<<
