What's on the menu for everyone?

I'm playing with the Sweet Potato Nachos we saw on the menu at the casino a month or so ago - using some of the pulled pork. Should be goopy good, I hope!

Have fun, Jean. I'm pooped today...worse than usual...so I'm doing an old standby: Country-style steak in gravy, mashers, and peas. It's rainy and cold here, so I wanted something simple and hot.

Uh - Jean it's the 3rd. Wait . . . . let me go check. Ok.

I have no idea. I'm working on Christmas dish towels to sell and Bob is out helping a friend move his sailboat from the boatyard to his slip. I have no idea how long he'll be gone. I wanted to go - but alas, couldn't leave all the dogs home alone alllllllllllll day.

We have leftovers so that might be it.

My taste buds are still missing and it is so difficult to find anything appealing, though I feel half starved. I am cooking up some breaded jumbo shrimp and serving raw sugar snap peas with it. If I get ambitious, there might be a baked potato in the future.

You had me scared there for a moment - trying to figure out where I'd lost all that time.

Bob should be home in about a half hour. We've got to run into town tonight to pick up prescriptions so I'm still not sure what we're having.

we had Chicken Satay Stir-fry with orange scented rice. It was so good. Peanut sauce and a lot of vegtables!
