Did you ever make the Summer Blackberry Cobbler with Coconut-Pecan Topping ? Do you thin that topping would work and be better for this recipe? ( Issue 52)

Sorry I didn't get back to the forum yesterday, Laura - but, I'm not that much of a coconut fan, so I'd probably never use it and I haven't made the cobbler. But, it sounds like it would work, looking at the recipe. Did you do it? And, how was it?

It's probably too late, and tastes run differently, but the more I fiddled with the original recipe, the less I liked it. IMHO, it is perfect as written.

Well, I am making tomorrow and the more I compared the recipes, and the fact that it was a huge success as it is, I am just going to leave it alone.

I may sprinkle some coconut on half of it and see how it turns out, but I love coconut.
