Made this last night and it was just wonderful with a steak.

Tortellini with Spiced Jelly

Toss tortellini with a good olive oil, Sequim Valley Spiced Asian Pear Jelly, Parmesan and lots of freshly grated black pepper. Wonderful flavors!!

I'm anxious to play with this with some other kinds of spiced jellies that would be more accessible across the country. So simple and fast for a side dish.

It's all I could find in the fridge that sounded good to me. It's a great combination.
