Help! Cheeseburger soup recipe

Hi I wanted to try Cheeseburger soup from the C&H Soup book
I can't seem to find it - could someone please help me out by posting the recipe again. thanks
Everything will be all right in the end. So if it is not right, then it's not yet the end.
