Plum Jam

  Re: (...)
I need the brain a minute. I have so messed up...I think. I don't know what I was thinking, but when I looked at that recipe, instead of Plum JAM, I saw Plum SAUCE...as in the Asian stuff. So that's what I bought. Do I go with the the Plum SAUCE for the recipe Trixxee posted (see my link in the dinner tonight thread) or wait until tomorrow after buying Plum JAM?

Daphne, do you have any other kind of jam or jelly around? Maybe currant? I don't think I'd go with the plum sauce if just for the fact that I think it would be very salty.

I MAY have some apricot, but not sure. Looks like plan B to me...OIY! Dinner's gonna be kinda late.

I agree with this, currant or apricot would do.

Now, Daphne, slow down breathe, breathe...

I bet a little plum sauce added to your jam would be really good!!

Apparently, I used the last of my apricot, so I put this on the back burner for tomorrow. On to plan B.
