Looked for a review, but only found that Erin had it on her menu in 2008, but don't know how she liked it.

"Glazed Salmon with Brussels Sprout Hash" - We liked better, but then I like brussels sprouts better than asparagus by a little.
This hash is good for a dinner item or a nice brunch. And there is enough left over for us to flip for the l/os.
