We're watching his new show - he just made the most beautiful salad with big lardons of bacon, croutons cooked in the bacon fat, mache & a bitter salad leaf, walnuts, chives, a simple dijon mustard based dressing with chives - then topped with roquefort cheese! Whine! I want that NOW!

He was in France, and played with all kinds of amazing things, including truffles but that salad had both of us drooling.
