Re: (...)
For once I seem to be an early receiver on the new issue - Yippee!
It's a good one, too.
Yakitori with tare sauce & wasabi rice cakes
Japenese fresh pickles
Beef & Bacon sliders - (C@H stole my idea for the square meat patties, darn!)
T-Bones (my favorite steak)
with coriander & peppercorn and tomato gastrique.
and a few others......
Oh, and Salmon Pho.

Don't have mine yet, but it does sound like an interesting issue, especially the salmon pho.

I got mine yesterday! Barely looked through it. Some good things. Even the deserts! Blueberry mini pies and strawberry shortcake pie. Those are all I remember right now. Need to sit down with it.

It'll be interesting to see how long mine takes - forwarding, address changes, and all the
cr@p. I'm excited.

Crud, mine didn't come yet! We have made that double lemon pie that was in last issue several times for the restaurant. Converted it to bar form for Easter buffet dessert. Loved it cause it was so fresh and lemony!

Me too....think I'll have to put it on the menu for Mother's Day. The girls are planning a BBQ, but I can't go empty handed...
