What's on everyone's menu for tonight?

I have a do at the winery, so will snack there.
Retired and having fun writing cookbooks, tasting wine and sharing recipes with all my friends.

I found some short ribs and thin cut steaks in the discount bin last night. I'm going to grind the meat today - grilled Greek flavored hamburger steaks with grilled veggies and salad.

Day off today so I'll be studying for my bartender's test and doing home stuff (cooking)! First day off in about 2 weeks!
You only live once . . . but if you do it right once should be enough!

Pulled Pork Sandwiches. Just got the pork out of the smoker....Oh it has been smelling so good all day!

And Broccoli Slaw. It is from the grilling book with the five spice glazed chicken on the front. I have not tried this recipe yet.

Using the leftover smoked chicken breat - and not the stuff near the skin where the hickory is more present - to make some chicken fettucini alfredo with salad.
