Thanks for sharing, Marye! The first one looks really good! My internet had a time loading her site with all the "stuff" she has on there, but I think it will be worth it. She's got a lot of good looking stuff on there. YUM!

I have been looking for a new Lumpia Recipe - I want to try something

BTW, either of these sites would be good places for people looking for ideas using tamarind, especially the sinigang recipes at the second one.
