Here you go -
Cinnamon-Coffee Rub 1 tablespoon ground Saigon cinnamon 1/4 cup dark brown sugar 2 teaspoons instant espresso powder 2 teaspoons cocoa powder (not Dutch process) 2 cloves garlic -- very finely chopped
