Billy Cooking in Windsor, CO

I wish I'd had this picture to put in everyone's book - it's going in mine now. What an absolutely fantastic time he had those few days...except for the hecticness (word?). He really liked things calm and quiet.

Billy loved to talk about what a great time he had with all of you during those few days. He told me how intimidated he was with all the "real chefs" present, but that everyone made him feel a part of the weekend. He made me laugh when he told me about the first time he met Lorraine. He said she was like a little elf with spiked red hair and that he adored her on the spot!

Thank you for the photo. I will add it to my book as well.

"He said she was like a little elf with spiked red hair and that he adored her on the spot!" - Oh, she was and didn't we both take to her instantly.
