What's on everyone's menu for today?

We're having the other half slab of baby back ribs I cooked the other day and the leftover Quinoa dish. Easy dinner! And more "store-bought" tomatoes -

We've having the kids over for pizza on the grill. So far, I know one will be grilled veggies, one will be margherita, and I'm thinking the other two will be Cajun, or maybe one Cajun and one seafood....Yum!

You are always welcome, Jean! C'mon over!!!

We'll spend a morning at the West Side Market and the afternoon cooking, eating and drinking.

I'm craving ribs but no one wants to go to the store to buy them so......I think it'll be linguine with clam sauce, salad and garlic bread.

We are having Lebanese Roasted Chicken and Potatoes. Very easy, very light.

I don't know where I'd go for dinner! Everything sounds so good! We're just having burgers.

Didn't have any butter to make a brown-butter sauce, so I didn't make the butternut squash ravioli. Instead, I cooked some ground chicken, salt, pepper, oregano, fennel seed and anise seed, let it cool and drain, then put that and a small chunk of provolone cheese into the ravioli and served them with tomato sauce. Yummy!

Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes with cream gravy, and sauteed spinach.

Berry Cherry Pie for dessert.
