Coconut marinated chicken kebobs with Pineapple rice and Chocolaté soufflés for dessert. Both of these are from C@H and are delicious!

Well, I made green tomato soup for our international dinner group last night it was a hit, I was hoping for some leftovers...none left. Making that again today and Katsudons with rice and asparagus from Cuisine at home.

UMMM...nothing that interesting...i might have misspelled it...it is the japanese style pork cutlet thingie. It was in the very old issue of cuisine at home. I think it was one of those issues that they send you out when they want you to subscribe. It has a Lemon Tart on the cover of it. I have made it many times but not lately. IT is really good. If you guys cant find the issue let me know and I will copy you the recipe.
