What's on the menu for tonight?

I think I'm going to do one more meatball dinner and then no more!

I'm frying onions to make stuffing, will top it with two huge chicken breasts.
Practice safe lunch. Use a condiment.

Ron is on vacation for the next two weeks, so we're being rather spontaneous about meals. We have a gift card to use for one of our favorite restaurants, so we're thinking of going for happy hour and apps. (We don't do monster-sized meals anymore unless we share)

O.K., the last meatball dinner will be mac & cheese (made with bechamel-jalapeno jack) and meatballs.

Oh, I love the idea of putting them in the mac and cheese!

I had nothing planned for tonight, so I went with the best deal....rib eyes. We'll have a baked potato and salad on the side.

Mixed some of the jalapeno jack with the panko for the topping - nice crustiness!!

That looks delicious, Jean!

We're having salad for dinner... Blackened Steak Salad. It sounds healthy, but by the time we've added the cheese and some sauteed mushrooms, it's not so much, but it sure is yummy!
