Have to use up some leftovers. Half a piece of steak, and a nice chunk of pork tenderloin. Hmmm......what to do...

One 20 lb turkey with only two eating it provides LOTS of leftovers! The bones are in the stockpot!
Practice safe lunch. Use a condiment.

We bought some extra secret special ground beef mix from the LA Farmer's Market last weekend so it's burgers. Probably pretty simply topped - cheese, tomatoes, pickles, sliced red onion.

I have some frozen sweet potato fries to make if anyone's interested. The burger should be more than enough for me.

I think I am pulling out some frozen spaghetti sauce. Easy for a rainy gym day.

I am still trying to figure out how Lorraine just FINDS a turkey in her freezer. The way she described just coming across a turkey made me think it was hiding in there trying to pass itself off as a ham or a roast.

MMMM turkey soup!

LMAO!!! I can just see that!

Tonight is Beef pot roast cooked in Guiness with onions, carrots, potatoes. It sure smells good in here. Bob's not going to know what to do with this - home cooked dinner 2 nights in a row!
You only live once . . . but if you do it right once should be enough!
