  Re: (...)
Since no one seems interested in doing a birthday dinner, is anyone interested in a Mystery Bag Dinner?

If so, I'd like to start with an ingredient that can be used in so many easy, fast and delicious ways.....egg roll wrapers. How about it?

Sounds fun. I'll add ground/minced pork or chicken. Since I've never worked with wontons before, this should be interesting.

I'll try. Things have been so crazy this year, my cooking has been slacking terribly. I'll think about it and post tomorrow.

Mystery Dinner - to be reviewed Monday, November 7th
Ingredients -
Egg roll wrappers - jean
ground/minced pork or chicken - Maryann (but, she has to decide between)
Garbanzo Beans or Chick Peas - Erin

next?

for anyone who hasn't been a part of a mystery dinner (Blane ) - you just add an ingredient to what has already been chosen and when we have enough ingredients we all make a dinner using them all.

You can included all in one dish or spread them out over a complete dinner - it's fun!!

Still deciding what I might toss into this, but I'd vote for the chicken instead of the pork, since the last mystery box we did was pork and garbanzos. I'll go with whichever you choose, though.
