Happy Halloween, everyone! What's on the menu for tonight?
If the weather cooperates, we're having the Flanken beef ribs I picked up over the weekend. If not, ?????

Oh, Lorraine, How exciting!! I think every new house we have done that plus we've taken sleeping bags and stayed one night when it was empty just to explore. Start your journal this afternoon!!!!

Skirt steak, rice, and broccoli with sesame seeds. Easy.
Lorraine - how cool, a new home! Enjoy!

Awesome, Lorraine! I agree, we've also stayed one night with the house empty, except this one. It came furnished. Speaking of furnished...is your new home furnished? At least partially? If not how exciting to be able to create your own themed rooms...but expensive!
OOPS! Got so excited, I forgot to post dinner. We're having garlicky Alfredo with chicken and green beans on the side.

I am making sausage minestra soup for dinner before we head out trick or treating. Sure glad it is not raining!

Tonight it's Saffron chicken tagine with pineapple rice and M&M's (I'm already raiding the Halloween candy bowl).

Congratulations, Lorraine!! What fun you'll have in the next few days!
Passing out goodies to trick-or-treaters is on the agenda, so we're having the lasagne I planned for last night...but then DS called to say that his vegetarian GF was coming for dinner, too. Make your own pizza was last night's dinner!

One of the down sides of where we live.....no trick or treaters.
