What's on the menu for tonight??
I'm finally feeling human again, so guess I'll finally grill up the Hawaiian (or Flanken Style) beef ribs. (they've been in the freezer waiting for me...
) and I picked up a beautiful acorn squash at one of the farmers markets.

Sounds good, Jean! We have a busy evening ahead. Right after work we go to a visitation for longtime colleague, next is the Junior College 'Gala' and then arrive late for the Friday night dance. Planning to make dinner out of the hors d'oeuvres at the Gala.

I have some cod that I haven't decided what to do with yet. Still full from lunch, so it's hard to think about cooking dinner. My sister and I went to Asiatown to our favorite Vietnamese restaurant for Pho Ga, then shopping at Asia Foods.

It's a cold day here and we'll be starting our weekend when Jame gets home. I know it sounds boring, cause I do cook it a lot, But its a perfect evening for Eggplant Rollatine, fettucine and some Zinfandel.....let the weekend begin

I'm feeling old...some people around here are having too much fun! I got to meet the HVAC guy after work so that we have heat upstairs. How's that for an expensive, but not very fun Friday night...Okay, I'm done whining!
We're having tortellini with homemade (from the freezer) pesto and Alfredo sauces.
