OMG, did we overeat today or what!!
It's interesting, everytime I cook a prime rib, I think if I screw it up, this is tellling me it's time for me to back of cooking, I'm past my prime and it's all downhill from here. But, it isn't happening yet. The roast was just perfect. Thank heavens.
And, a bottle of John Galt 2009 Proprietary Red was absolutely perfect with dinner.
Wow, it was so good.

That looks phenomenal. I'm salivating, and suddenly wishing prime rib was our Thanksgiving tradition. What lucky guests you had today.

Thank you, Bob & Sharon (ooops - that's funny, Sharon's husband's name is Bob, also)
for the kind words.
It was just the two of us - I wanted leftovers to play with.

Looks so good! A favorite way to use up leftover prime rib for me is prime rib hash.
