Has anyone reviewed this recipe from the Sandwiches and Salads book (C@H)? I made it in 2008 and again today and we just loved it.

I'm thinking if I subbed shrimp for the beef and shook up the salad a tad, this might show up in Leftovers/Pantry book #2. It's that good.

Has anyone else made it?
