I cannot find this recipe from one of the WeekNite Cookbooks. If's it's in # 2 OR #3, I'll be glad to order it, but don't know which it's from.
It has Pesto in and is fabulous.
Help anyone??

It is in the first one (I think it is the first one). Has Bacon wrapped Cider Pork Steaks, Marmalade Sweet Potatoes, and Sauted Spinach. Font is Blue and Green and the table cloth is bluish.
