What's on the menu for everyone?

We're going caroling tonight ending with desserts at a member's house. We'll probably grab a burger beforehand. I made the C@H New York Cheesecake.

I'm making Jean's Chicken and Leek Cassolettes. It's been on my mind ever since Old Bay brought it up!

This is the perfect comfort food after an exhausting day. Easy to make and so yummy. Ron must have told me at least three times how much he liked it! I added a tossed salad and the meal was complete.

There's just something magical about the combination of chicken and leeks - especially if there's also cream involved. It's a perfect combination.
If blueberry muffins have blueberries in them, what do vegan muffins have?
