We're being good again today. Shrimp stir-fry with ginger and brown rice.

I would so like to have that taco salad! Since I can't have the fish taco salad, maybe I'll have a regular taco salad.

We are on an adventure today . . . going to Wenatchee for a Drs appointment for Bob.
I'm not sure what we're having for dinner. I have a stir fry planned but it will depend on what time we get home.
You only live once . . . but if you do it right once should be enough!
