We're being good again today. Shrimp stir-fry with ginger and brown rice.

Going to try the Baja fish taco salad from the new issue. No side, no dessert!!
Not 100% sure but leaning towards carne asada tacos, beans and guacamole.

 It's funny - that is such a repeated line for me to type, I don't even think about it anymore...guess I'd better.

I would so like to have that taco salad! Since I can't have the fish taco salad, maybe I'll have a regular taco salad.

We are on an adventure today . . . going to Wenatchee for a Drs appointment for Bob.
I'm not sure what we're having for dinner. I have a stir fry planned but it will depend on what time we get home.
You only live once . . . but if you do it right once should be enough!
